Experience and Technique are downers, but he's not bad everywhere else. If he makes the team, could keep him considering he could stay the entire time in your team for Youths.

UNLUCKY!!!!! He's a great pull though considering he still has the whole season to train. He'd have gone for 500k+ if he was 16 :(.

If he won't make your XI, then I'd say fire/sell. Could get maybe 1k for him but isn't a certainty to sell. His experience at atrocious is bad, and since he won't be playing, it won't get any better for the future.

An ord/ord/ord keeper/batsman at week 1 of a new season should at least get me the $50k minimum.  I would be hoping around $100k for this player
