Capable captaincy isn't that amazing Cic. I've got 3 players with reliable captaincy and 3 with capable in my youth squad.
In my seniors I have a guy with outstanding captaincy

I've pulled guys with acc captaincy before, and have heard of people pulling outs captains (in fact saw on the forums that somebody pulled a spec captain that plopped the following week to outs)
