i am able to take my youth recruitment now.

what should i be looking for? Spin Bowler, Fast Bowler or is there a better chance of me getting a better player if i keep it on general?

also what should i select as the nationality? my team is based in Australia, thanks :D

Do what I do...

Go to random.org - generate a number between 1-18 for nationality and 1-6 for whether general/spin/seamer etc.

Then top of the list = 1 bottom of the list = 6/18 (depends which list you're using)

Therefore taking all emotion out of it and hopefully landing you a gun.

dont use the random.org that nails said. Pick a country and then what you need as a player. Do you need a batter? Specific batter. Likewise for other specific positions. General will look for the best overall player but finding a gun is harder

Ave/Ord is pretty decent for a pull at 16 8). But that Endurance is a killer (lucky he'll only play 1 game a week of you keep him :P).

I've had my fair share of decent pulls who were 17 ::). He's a solid All Rounder and nice talent and alright secondaries to boot.
