My 2nd pull....

http://www.fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=585687

Went for a Scottish batsman (hoping to get a younger Fleming type) and got this guy Rory Anderson, ave/ord bat, 20+k rating....what do you think?

Justin Bieber

He can be a decent youth batter for you :). Not great but a solid player or back up incase fatigue takes a toll.

roo boys!

Pity he's 17...

Could be alright for youths in a season or two...nice back-up for the time being though.

McRooster

Have him on All-Rounder training atm (has Skilled Bowling combined with that ave bat) or you think just go hard on batting/tech/end.....

Justin Bieber

Being 17, training bowling might take longer as a proper all rounder should have higher bowling than batting.

Also being a medium bowler, not hard to find one for cheap. I could of trained one of my promising all rounders (already ave/ord/ave) as one but is a medium also. Dropped him off bowling early this season. In about the same position as that guy (although he's been around a little longer).

roo boys!

Skilled doesn't train any quicker ;)

I think focus on batting training, all-rounder takes too long..if you want to make him an all-rounder then do batting until he pops, bowling until he pops, then tech until he pops IMO.

Thanks guys  8)

Batting it is.

RB he has already knocked Lovell Hanley out of my top 15 batting line up - combined with a few batting pops for my juniors recently have pushed the 24 yr old into the Hmmmmmm zone  ???

roo boys!

Ahh good old Lovell.

Feel free to sell him :) He is your responsibilty, I'm sure you can make a profit after buying him for only 2k :)

McRooster

Hanley is a square peg in a round hole, just doesn't seem to fit anymore.
I will check to see how long I've had him and gauge from there what to do (I do feel like I should keep him as he was the first player I bought? and the nostalgia of having come from your good self, who taught me so much about the game when I started - I can't bring myself to put him up  :P)

roo boys!

Haha then keep him if you want, but if he is only going to drag you down then there is no reason to feel regret for selling him.

I felt a bit the same with the first player I bought, Keyur Hiriandini or something like that, but I got over it and made a profit of a few thou ;)
