Good depth player but wont be exceptional when he leaves the youths.  He will be 18 soon and you would be at least wanting average in primary/tech (preferably reasonable)

he's alright, won't have to train power for a while.

keep him on primary/tech training for a while and he should be good when he's 19 :)
