Well its pretty much a waste of time ATM waiting for a Youth Pull now, half way thru the season, unless you get one like Valk just has it won't sell for a huge amount.

You should do as R&B just said and buy a couple of guns.

Batting - Top Order:   7,716   <--Alright, but if you buy the opener I showed you they could be about 8500.
Batting - Middle Order:   5,799 <--Needs some work. Should be up around 7000-7500   
Batting - Tail:   2,402 <----Don't need to worry about to much.
Bowling - Seam:   7,770 (8)    <----If you get a couple of gun seamers then the ratings can be about 8500, then 8500x8=68k of your ratings.
Bowling - Spin:   9,112 (2)   <---Good.
Fielding/Keeping:   6,903 <----Alright. But if you buy a few good batsmen/seamers they should have pretty good fielding which will help.
Overall:   122,165

yeah though that was a bad one cause i need to rest a few of my guys the openers i just noticed yesterday are both on weary....it is usally up round the 8k otherwise
and the seamer one is usually a little higher when my guys ain't buggered i actually be getting round the 126 mark and it is the seamer and opener that is usually up a little more but the rest stays the same
but yeah i need improvement
