I agree with RB. Nice young Keeper with good secondaries (especially endurance if you want him as a Keeper and a Captain).

Both are involved. The higher the better. If they have both, even better ;). But does take extra toll on fatigue which is why I try not to have a Keeper and Captain be the same player (which is hards as Allen is my best in both!!).

Only if you play them as captain. But have heard they can impact the game ???. Not sure how but a better captain is better than a really bad one anyday.

Captaincy + Experience make a great captain.

On the forums somewhere it says that the captain of the fielding team fatigues quicker than the other fielders.

Yeah I knew what made a good captain and they impact the game, but didn't realise they lost fatigue when being captain. Too much thinking I guess!

Haha. But I rarely notice the fatigue issue unless it's for Allen (as he does the trifecta).
