That's OK, if you are looking for development players unless they have really good skills for their age a talent relevant to their forte is good. Like Gifted (Bowling) or Skilled (Bowling) or a triggered bowling talent (Yorker, Slower ball, Bouncer, Flipper, Googly, Doosra etc etc)

My batting/bowling is well rounded but nothing spectacular. Jeffers/Carney have really helped, costing me a combined 100k :). Sreed and Tiyard add to my Spin attack, which had never been that good previously.

Makinson Outs/Outs good secondaries good experience
Furlonge Outs/Outs good secondaries good experience
Hafeez Exp/Exp but good secondaries
Beattie Outs/Outs
Cullen Outs/Exp keeping, Exp/Exp bat.
Chiba Outs/Outs wristy with decent bat
van den Hof Outs/Outs
Geary Exp/Exp but getting a replacement FM
Stevenson Outs/Outs


So the majority of my team is Outs/Outs.
