Just a question.
Does the top 4 in league all get promoted with bottom 4 being relegated?

top 2 in every league except for div 1.1 get promoted, Bottom 4 for divs 1, 2 and 3 get relegated. It should say on your league page there will be little arrows.

No. If you wait long enough you can get 20 year olds with those stats for cheaper. I got a Accom/Accom 20 year old for 5k.

yea, my keeper is a dud as he is an avg/reli bat but he is only 22.
might keep him and train his batting as he is an exp/reas keeper.
