I would say yes. Endurance is a bother and is more likely a Batter than bowler so no use for him being a Fasty.

If he started at $0, wouldn't go up that high.

Ordinary Power is ok but people will look at better youths out there. Most of the higher end academy managers look for Ave/Ave players at a minimum ;).
