Fast bowlers are the rarest bowlers in the game (along with wristies) and for them to have a specific bowling talent makes it harder, and to add on to that you want to get a specific nationality is making it almost impossible!

+1 i just looked for u and only found 5 fast bowlers with rea/rea or above  :o none of them had a bouncer talent either
