Up to you. I have mine on improving but if you have alot of cash go for improving or + or +. The higher the academy, the faster the players train (3%).

I'm one of the few on here who do Senior and Youth which eat up alot of cash but gives another dimension to the game if I can build up my Youths.

i do both youths and seniors and i am investing 27500 in Seniors and 35000 in youths

I have started re-investing in youths as of a few weeks ago, as my YPs were just shocking and I needed to speed up Kai Athans's development process ;)

If I didn't have him I probably wouldn't bother investing lol

Well i have Brewer, Ashraful, Doyle and Bergegon. they will all grow with my investments into youth academy. Now satisfactory and seniors is good almost excellent
