Well he's on Fitness at the moment, but I think I will work primaries up a bit while he's still young, and when he hits 23/24 he can train quickly in strength.

These are my goals to get him to by 24:

Batting Exp/Outs
Tech Exp/Outs
Endurance Accom
Fielding Reasonable/Capable
Power Average/Reasonable

Then see how it goes ;)
