Nice ML. Not to show off or anything but I have 283k in the bank with both academies on Improving++ (Combined $115k).

Wow that is a lot you are investing in your academies!
What levels are they on now?
I invest between 50-60k each week depending on how much I get from gate receipts etc. But both are still on improving :)

I am only investing $40k in my SA and that is enough for it to be improving.  The current level is good.

Both are on Good but need 55k and 61k for Improving++ with nothing better to spend the money on. Should hopefully get a pop next month or so if this remains (but likely will lower eventually if cash goes under 150k).

Thanks to the Gibson sell, I had a bunch of extra cash so why not to speed up things ;D.

But I have always invested in academies so it is higher than some others :).

Youths are good and I'm trying to get enough solid youths that I can actually bring up from my own players eventually. Some just fall short primaries levels :(. Secondaries are there but primaries are always Cap/Cap and not Rel/Rel :(.

I have a couple of decent 17 y.o's at the moment who I think could make it in the senior team, which is why I'm trying to invest more so they train faster.

Casper and Currie are set in stone. Both have the secondaries I want (Fielding at least) and Primaries should get to at least Rel/Rel by end of next season :D. Having Ordinary experience at 18 is better than most of my seniors had when they started with me ::).

Gallagher most likely from the next crop. Being a Boundary Hitter could make me lower my standards to at least 1 stat Rel.

Good luck with your 17 y.o's :D. Would love to have a few guys from here have awesome Youths 8).

These are the youths who I think could make it in my team
Temiz - Batter
Argal - Keeper (maybe)
Donfeld - Batter (maybe)
Maloney - Finger spinner
Stroetinga - Keeper (Only 16)

Temiz is my best prospect though :)

Temiz and Maloney look great!! Argal could make a great Keeper if you want!! I'm jealous with your Keepers (Stroetinga as well) as mine is moving up and I only have an Ave one to cover him (although hopefully gets to Reasonable by season's end).

Wish I had Youngsters like those :P.
