No I didn't have dibs but neither did anyone else. How am I supposed to know that you asked the owner to put him up ?? (another story made up?)

Problem was he was only Outs/Outs at 27. Most Top 1,000 teams want their Outs/Outs players to be 25 and under. Accomplished experience too.

Yeah that happens BB. I've done that before... That's why sometimes there is an advantage in starting them off at 0k
