Spinners don't need much strength. Not a great player so would work Batting Tech. Maybe Bowling Tech if you want him as an all rounder.

Barlow, 26 is when NAT's end their careers and it would take a hell of a lot more than that. He'd probably need better batting/tech by 1 level and about 5 levels more for fielding.

Barlow, fielding won't allow him to become a NAT ;). I've seen some NAT's playing until 28 so wouldn't sell him short.

As long as he stays within the budget, could be good for you BB.

i ran into money troubles as my expenses for the week were way larger than that of my income spending extra on those players and getting in a bidding war would have cost me extra and i would be in negative
