You overpaid. I'd train fielding first, that trains tech anyway

He's not a bad buy. Has alot of work to do though but is 16 so has lots of time.

Train Fielding like BP said. Maybe to Ordinary or Average. Then Switch to Batting until what level you want him to be at (Ord/Ord+ maybe?). That should cover the season ;).

I have decided, I will list Thomas Smith, take the similar aprroach that Shaggy did with O'Neil. I will list Smith at 100k now, and if he gets a bid, awesome!, but if he doesn't that's still fine because I only really lost 1k and he stays in my team for when I play BP and I can list him again some other time!
