Could probably train him to Expert keeping with little to no batting. Or could take a slower approach aand train him to average batting then keeping for his entire youth career :P.

I put a bid in for him. Will most likely only ever be a backup keeper for me though due to Khan's awesomeness...
Hopefully Khan can pop to reasonable fielding this week so he can pop to capable then reliable endurance :P

Briggs should still be good though, I'd expect him to go higher than expert in 1 & 1/2 seasons in a skill he is gifted in...

My plan with him is similar to everyone else I have on my squad. Fielding to capable as a priority... Everyone is training in it. Some will take a while, some wont take as long. Just hoping he pops in other stats in the process.

Youth is definately on his side though. :)

8-6, the first guy is good 8). Train him in Keeping as he's gifted and that also builds up fielding eventually ;). Second guy will train faster in fielding but will take quite some time to pick his fielding up from there :o.
