Summary: Bachar Houli has always had the potential to be a good fotballer, and he definently showed some good signs at Essendon. Ex-Coach Matthew Knights didn't seem to rate him, as he was languishing in the 2s for most of the year, winning their B and F.

He decided to walk out on the club to go to Richmond, and while a trade wasn't completed he is expected to be taken by them in the PSD. Has been told he will get midfield time at the Tigers and this has appealed to him and fantasy coaches.

The Crystal Ball:
Price: 442,900,  360,000(20% discount)
According to last years magic number

Price: 253,100
According to m0ntys fanplanner
Position: DEF/MID

Verdict: is on the fringe of my fanplanner ATM, and has to be strongly considered, being so cheap. A new club may just be what he needs to revive his career, and his MPP status is another added bonus.
Will you pick Houli in 2011?

In my plans currently. Should get much more game time at Richmond which will be great :)

Although I'm not happy with him leaving the Bombers, when I put my fantasy hat on I see great potential especially with that MPP status and a great Cash Cow in the making.

Looking forward to see how he fits into the Richmond midfield.

I think he will be one of the most popular players in SC 2011. Time will tell on his actual performance but make no mistake he will not be a unique type pick.

Also shortlisted!

Just a note, Bachar was already done :)

Doesn't matter though, cos this one was more detailed.

Whilst Houli should of got way more games, the thing most people forget is that he just isn't that good....

benjy251090

must be alright to win the reserves best and fairest ;) agree that he is not quite there yet to be amazing but he should have been getting games

Maca24

short listed for me, getting more unlikely with each day.
i think having a rookie back starting is a better option now.
would have been near a lock if he was still at bombers  ;)

ronl

His NAB cup form needs to be outstanding for me to bite.

No doubt this kid should have been getting game time at the Dons, but don't let the trade magnification effect blur your perception. Hasn't shown that he is a super star just yet. Have to watch during the pre-season to make a call on this one.

Officially landed at Tigers land. He does have some scoring potential this kid.

At 250k he's hard to ignore. I think he shows more upside than Otten
