I think your statement is overly harsh as they have a lot of youth in their team, that when the likes of Hill, Fyfe and Morabito have gotten a couple years experience under them they would have every right to think that way.

But right now, I don't see how they can say that.

I don't think we will make the finals because we still rely heavily on 4-5 players and if we want to make finals we need all 22 players in each game fit and playing career best football to make it

You have a great 22 IMHO, I'm with valk.

Valk you have the cattle it's just making sure that they all produce. I think (IMO) that all the flak handed out to Harves early in the season helped in moulding the team together & the proof was in the pudding at the completion of the season.

Hopefully they can sustain that & go that further with the cattle that you have & the recuitment that to date have acquired & choose wisely as previously done  in the draft so that these kids will also step up to the plate.

I agree that we have the young cattle and they need to lift (improve on last year).  I think that this will be another building year towards our window, which I think will open in 2012 or 2013.  Get another 20 games in to all of our youngsters is what we need as we have a lot of players with less than 50 games experience and a lack of players with 50 - 100 games experience

It is still a young side with regards to experience, that is why I believe we are still a 5th - 8th placed team next year.  The likes of Broughton, Mayne, DeBoer, Palmer, Suban & Hill should all have played their 50th game next season.  Then another pre-season and who knows what we can do.
