I won't be upgrading until I am at the end of next season. By then I should get capacity crowds most SOD games for the 5,000 stadium and near for the T20. Youth who really cares? :P
But I am hoping the stadium upgrade will see a few more coming in :D

Oh, OK this is easy.
First, go to the 'Club' drop box, and click Academies.
Once you are there, simply go to the top right hand corner there is a box that says youth recruitment.
Click on that.
Then from there you can choose what type of player you want and what country you want him to be from.
Then click recruit youth and it will confirm it then you will get a band new 16-17 year old ;)

Hmmm, not great but he is right arm fast so he could be trained as a bowler who at the least you could sell when he comes out of youths :)

Well, although the academy does have an effect on it you still have a chance of pulling a superstar when you're new and your academy isn't great. The first pull I ever made I sold for 41,000 ;D ;D ;D

The better the academy, the slightly better the chance it is to pull a star. Even in a low academy, should still pull some solid players every now and again.
