He's a good 17 y.o but lacks secondaries. His type of bowling is also fairly common :-\. I would say no because will take a while (until next season) to train up his skills.

If you want a project, would say he's a nice long term buy. Costly though. So only if you have cash lying around.

Plus I shouldn't really be spending any way. I am saving up for huge SA investments and upgrading my stadium capacity to 10,000 (at once) which will cost 110,000...

Don't do it. Barely pulling many 6000+ games. Upgrade it to 6000 instead or hold off on it.

I cut back my senior investment to improving to save 10k. Investing about 50k all up now.

Risky, are you sure you want to go ahead with it? Like I said, mine is at 6000 and waiting till I get some capacity crowds before going up again, probably not this season though.
