We could move him up forward, Dempsey to the half forward, Winderlich to half back, Hocking to back pocket and Welsh to be the tagger ;D.

thats what i said in the other thread
has kicked a couple  before and can push up the ground into the midfield

i think spike would be good in the forward pocket with rotations through the midfield if he stays injury free
people say he has lost it but i think with a great preseason under his belt can still offer something in the mids just probably less time there

Spike would be good. But will added pace to the game, might be a bit too gone for a full time midfield role. Agree with a more part time role there. Could help out Watson in the Stoppages. Then pass them to the runners 8).

Got the idea of you :P. Still doubt they would use his there :(.

You guys really think Welsh has that much more in him? He's not that old but didn't look as good as he was & if I remember correctly just had surgery... Has he got more to offer or should we be putting someone like Howlett in before him?

We need taggers. Hocking and Welsh are our only good ones. Hocking should get the job most weeks with Welsh doing second tagging duties or tagging somebody off half back. Can't play midfield anymore though :(.

The thing is we could try someone like Howlett as a tagger & see how they go... Welsh isn't going to be around much longer so it's worth a shot...

i knew most people would disagree with my team, but u cant fit every1 in.
u try and make a team its really hard to fit them all in.
i delisted those people cas that would be what id do if i was coach, whether they are contracted or not.
HP your team is better than mine i think. i picked davey beacause his forward pressure is vital. hurley on back flank because i think he could play a floating back and taking contested marks, and running off half back aswell. think myers could become a good player with oppurtunities. and i love carlisle, colyer and jetta, theyre the future.
think spike is to slow to play anywhere else. and dempsey needs to get a defence.

We've kept Myers for so long, think he will get a go. But hasn't shown much so left him out :(.

Davey has great forward pressure but so does Jetta. Jetta in there on the bench instead :).

Hurley would likely be playing 4th tall then ???. Fletch usually does that so don't think we need Hurley Desperately down there as long as those 3 play.

Coyler is a little firecracker isn't he :P. Will suit the pacey game we play.

yea good point with fletch. good thing with dons is we have a lot of options and a good list  :). lots of potential. marigliani and crameri will be good back ups for injuries to. and id like to see jetta in the middle.
welsh and howlett should be in 22 but duno who to leave out.
