Summary:

Brennan started the year off superbly with two tons in his first 3 games, averaging 115 in those games when Brisbane won their games, then he went missing... The next 8 games he played in, his highest score was 67 and he only averaged 55. An extraordinary turn around, but that’s the player Brennan is.

He made things difficult for all of those who jumped on him after Round 2.

The Crystal Ball:

Based on last year's magic number
Price: $414,300

Based on m0nty's fanplanner
Price: $394,400

Position: FWD/MID

Hopefully he maintains his MPP status, plus being at the Suns might be what he needs to obtain some consistency.

Decision:

Brennan will be 50/50 for me, he was in my Round 1 team last year as one my unique’s, and I was celebrating, then he went missing.... Was very surprised on his consistency though.

He has the X-factor, and I’m unsure whether I am willing to take a risk with him again, but his price and a new club might tempt me...

Will Brennan be your X-factor?

Though Brennan may shine at the Gold Coast, with Ablett and the dozens of Gold Coast rookies to choose from, he will most likely be a miss.

Went 8 rounds with a high score of 67? Great stat Fletch! Says it all though

Boomz

Not for me... too many better options from GC.

He is not a keeper, maybe not a starter but he could come into the trade mix at some point.

BratPack

Not at the beginning but he may come on the radar if he has a strong pre season

I really think he can shine at the suns excuse the pun  :)
think he can become consistent and average 90+.

BoredSaint

unlikely but his price might change my mind closer to the start of the season

like who? i mean theres lots of rookies but 1 premium wouldnt hurt.

In the midfield it could. Most people will be looking at Ablett or 1/2/3 of their midfield rookies (Swallow, Bennell, Caddy, etc). Don't think he could fit in facing competition with the likes of them in our teams next season.

If he was a F/C MPP (I really doubt that), he would have a better chance.
