Pick 46 for Houli?

So according to Richmond they offered pick 46 for Bachar but Essendon flatly rejected it. Bachar is now expected to enter the pre-season where he'll go to Richmond for nothing. So I ask you my fellow bombers fans, if this proven to be true what do you think of this choice?

Damage done is still damage done. My problem is thinking, will Richmond get him or will someone else earlier as he has a lot of potential for a back flanker/midfielder for many clubs.
