Strange for a club that is meant to despise Collingwood, Carlton seem desperate to copy everything we do.

Not happy enough in poaching Greg Swann, then taking on Alan Richardson now they are also getting a black and white feel through Gavin Brown. I know they enjoyed drafting Cameron Cloke and previously drafted Mick McGuane but who is next, Peter Daicos??

What everyone at Carlton really would to get their hands on is Eddie!!!!

8-6 Suited

One and probably the only answer is this... 2010 Premiers.

8-6 Suited

Also, the Saints got Hudson from us as well. We lost a lot of Assistants this year, hopefully we can fill the spots comfortably.

Not a problem 8-6.

I just find it amusing that Carlton, rather than develop their own approach or be inivative are copying & poaching Collingwood's style of management. Obviously promoting their own like Brett Ratten, has failed miserably. Let's hope they don't have a crack a Mick when Ratten inevitably fails again in 2011.

Cruise, why don't you think about this:

Who gives a damn?

Success!!!!!   It took awhile and there was some concerns but in the end it was inevitable that Master Q returned to the Collingwood threads and took the bait.  ;)

Nice to have you back Q, where have you been? How has Spring been treating you? We are all good in here, thanks for asking  :)

Q there is nothing I like more than sharing my time, energy and conversation with my Carlton friends when we are the current Premiers.

The Carlton fans continue to disappoint me. A decent comeback on behalf on their 'brand', which now I am forced to provide on their behalf is the fact we have recruited Lappin as an assistant coach. Strange times!

I would have thought the likes of Q & CFC, who despite barracking for Carlton seem to be intelligent, could make such a case. Personally I'm not sure what Lappin offers but in reality it is hard to know what most assistants bring to the table.
