Yeah, with Jacobs now coming to the Crows it looks like James Craig may continue to spend time at the Roosters  ;D

valkorum

+1 for the Roosters then :)

How much ruck will he do at Fremantle tho? i would think at least 20% but i wouldn't think that would be bad for Sandilands and how much ruckwork will he need to do to keep Sandilands fresh for the pointy end of season and for Sandi to not miss games?

I dont see him getting many games.  He is mainly a depth player if Sandilands goes down or gets rested for games during the year.  Zac Clarke is not quite ready to take the load on by himself and with only 3 interchange players you wont play 2 big men so Griffin is there as insurance - he only cost us pick 61.  Good value for an AFL ready ruckman who can step straight in to the team to replace Sandi if required.

Griffen is way better than Clarke we should delist clarke and get another ruckman in the draft

Are you kidding me  ???

Clarke is a project ruckman.  He is being developed in to a forward/ruckman.  He spent the last half of this season playing mainly as a forward in the WAFL (also the few games he played in the AFL he played up forward).  He is still slightly built and has bulked up a little each pre-season he completes.

Clarke has also re-signed, if I remember correctly he is signed till the end of 2012.  Griffin is an AFL ready tap ruckman.  Basically he is depth cover if Sandi gets injured or they rest him for long travel games.

It is possible that trips like the one to Tassie that Sandi may not go

No Mzungu in your side then as a res back?

valkorum

If Mzungu gets a game in round 1 I think you will find he will be in a LOT of teams.

Valk >>> Meant post directed at Cicjose as for not picking any of your drafts.

valkorum

@Naste - I know. The comment about Mzungu was directed at everyone.
