A big gain by North but didn't get much in return. Pick 86 for a 23 year old with decent prospect to become a very solid player.

Kangaroos have probably came out the better in that trade.

yep agreed. pick 86 is dissapointing for eagles. would have thought mckinley was worth around pick 55ish?

Yes I was disapointed with that trade but McKinley has alot left to prove. Could be a gun potentially, a little on the small side and not real quick. Needs to work on his defensive pressure.

Not sad to see him go, just would have preffered to get a little more for him.

I think for him personally, he needed a move. Good for the Roos and good for the Eagles I think. Sure he went cheaply, but that doesn't matter now, WC made up for it with good selections early in the draft.
