Houli has officially quit the Bombers

If the Bombers don't trade him, then he will nominate for the pre-season draft. He had lunch with Hird yesterday, and obviously stated then that he would not re-sign.

Richmond want him, now it's up to Hird to try and get something for him.... At least it won't be Tambling :P

i think you will be lucky to get a 3rd round pick for Houli.  Tigers are in the box seat because Houl's manager has said he will go to the pre-season draft if a trade cant be worked out.

Essendon need to get a deal done or lose him for nothing.  I think a 3rd rounder will get accepted on Sundy/Monday fro him.

Tambling had played more games & was a #4 draft pick! big difference.

Houli was always going to leave... He's not as good as a lot of people make out & we were never going to get much for him anyway... Think Hird will let him go to the PSD because we wouldn't use pick 50 or whatever they're offering anyway.

What has Houli done better than Tambling? Tambling has played great footy before at AFL level, When has Houli ever played great footy?! never at AFL level. the only reason why no one rates Tambling highly is because he was #4 pick. I can honestly say I'd prefer Tambling.

This just makes me more glad Knightmare is gone, he has basically cost us a good talent because he wouldn't give him a game.
He seemed to develop grudges against players and just kicking them in the guts...Happened to a few guys.

What do u take that to mean? there are some rumours around Foley had a medical with us & were interested so do u think  it could mean we are thinking about making an offer for him involving Houli? just an idea...
