Course I'm not happy with the draw fletch. Would you be if your team threw away another lead to only draw again?

Score Update for Pre-Season Week 3

Pre-Season Cup GF
Q's Champions                 32  Hello                       61

Practice Matches
ZZ's Zanny Zebra's           29   Hawka FC              34
The Matchbox Matadors     30   Didhedive Drogba   53
Larder's Loveable Losers   23   Hilly's Heroics         59

I will post teams once all the games are complete.
With 1 game to go between Blackburn and Sunderland, HP is certain to take out the Pre-Season Cup.

Q's Champions - Has been hindered by injury, with Walcott and Alex on the sidelines, Q lined up hoping that Malouda, Bent, Jones, and Arteta could step up to the plate.

Unfortunately he has required a further 3 subs in O'Shea, Nolan and Odemwingie, all not playing, and he's also facing the likelihood that Bent may not play tonight.... Arteta stepped up though as Captain and provided him 8 points. Q still has Bent and Givet to play tonight.

Hello - Wow, what a team HP has put together. The prior 2 weeks he has scored above 50, this week he is on 61 and still has Henderson and Elmohamady left to play....

HP has required 2 subs this week in Vermaelen and Agbonlahor, but fortunately for HP, Davies scored 8 and his new signing in Brunt scored 2 assists for 11 points... Milner as Captain gave HP an additional 5 points.

ZZ's Zanny Zebra's - Not much luck for Zz, with only Nasri posting any sort of decent score with 7. His captain, Rooney, was a sub and only scored 1 point. Zz required 1 sub in L Young, he should be replaced hopefully by Ferdinand in tonights game.

Hawka FC - Hawka was one of two teams who did not submit a team this week. Therefore Drogba was still listed as captain, luckily for Hawka Cahill was brilliant as VC, providing him with 9 points. Other players of note were Freidel with 7 points.

Hawka required 4 subs in Agger, Sagna, Samba, and Drogba, however ony Ebanks-Blake could be subbed on, scoring just 1 point, as both Saha and Gardner both were sidelined as well. Hawka looks to have a few issues with injuries leading into the first week of the season.

The Matchbox Matadors - CF decided to ride his luck this week and try Rodellega as Captain, but all to no avail as he only scored 1 point... CF also required 3 subs this week with Koscielny, Lampard, and Fellaini all not playing, unfortunately for CF only Jagielka and Dunne able to be subbed on.

Players to note were Lee, Boateng, and Jageilka who scored 7,6 and 7 between them.

Didhedive Drogba - A brilliant game for Andrew as he managed to get some high scores with Chamakh, VDV, Silva, and Cech scoring 12,7,8, and 6 between them. Andrew required 2 subs this week for Toure and Fabregas who failed to turn up, with Fletcher (WW) and Dann both scoring 2, and 1 respectively.

Larder's Loveable Losers - I think benjy has been too busy enjoying the entertainment at the Batchelor Pad in the past couple of weeks. Firstly, he forgot to enter a team, and secondly last round's team performed very ordinarily managing only 23, with only Adam being any value scoring 7, and that was off the bench.

Benjy required 2 subs in Kalou, and Duff. Fortunately for benjy Adam scored 7 and Lescott (3rd sub) scored 1, however benjy still has Gyan and his second sub in Bramble to play tonight to hopefully boost his score.

Hilly's Heroics - Hilly was too busy enjoying the entertainment at the Batchelor Pad, when all of a sudden he realised he needed to submit his team. We'll let him off this week... ;)

Hilly scored a whopping 59 points this week due to some magnificent scoring from Cole, Ferreira, and Tevez, who scored 9,6, and 12 between them. Tevez ended up taking the Captaincy from Fletcher (Man U) who didn't turn up this week, which helped Hilly enormously.

Hilly only required 1 sub this week, which was for Fletcher of course and his new signing in Jovanovic helped with 1 point.

Master Q

So you're saying that only 7 of my men will play  :-X

Fletch74

Yes, if Bent and Givet both don't play tonight. You had Williamson come on as a sub, so he counts as number 7 ATM.

Unlucky :-\

Justin Bieber

Unluck Q :(.

At least I know my subs can do the job when needed 8). Gives me time to let Vermalean and AgBon get fully fit before they rip the league apart :P.

Master Q

Are you saying I should drop my injured guys  :P (Which is almost my whole team  ;D )

Justin Bieber

Yes....So that I may pick them up :P.

You can always trade them to me for the inform Brunt ;).

CrowsFan

I wouldn't trade Walcott Q because he was actually on the bench for the weekends match, so will be back playing soon

Justin Bieber

Forgot to say nice round up Fletch. Good to see you're keeping up 8).

CrowsFan

Oh yes thanks Fletch. I am a little surprised I managed to make it to 30 in the end!
Luckily Jagielka played when he was apparently injured for 6 weeks???

Thanks HP. It took a while this morning, as I had fallen behind.

I'm going to need some assistance in a couple of weeks. It will be Round 3 and 4 of the AEPL season. I will be up north having a look at the new recruits at the Gold Coast on holidays, and whilst I might be able to get on FF occasionally, i won't be able to keep the spreadsheet up to date.

I'm looking for someone who is reasonably ok with Excel. I will give a process of course as to how work and extract all the data from the Official EPL site, etc. All the formulae should all work fine if the person completing it follows the process.

Anyone willing to put up their hand?
