Mitch Clark

A rumour that is starting to get some wings is that Mitch Clark is not happy at Brisbane and has indicated he would like a trade back home to WA.  Apparently he has said that Freo is his preferred choice.

Any thoughts on this?

Sandi-Clark?? Scary. Clark would have to play a more forward role though.

What would Freo give up? Have to be a big trade I think. Clark leaving Brisbane would be a body blow to the Lions

I am not sure what trade would be needed to get this through.  If a trade could be made I would see Clark playing more a forward role and going in to the ruck once a quarter while Sandi rests.

If we could get the trade I would be a very happy camper as that would give us 2 great targets going forward - Pav/Clark with lots of little fella's roving at their feet in Balla, Mayne, Walters.

A trade thought that I have seen is Palmer for Clark.

I originally heard it from the most unreliable source that is Denham (who is worse Denham or Hagdorn?), but I have also heard someone who claims to have spoken to Clark's brother confirming it.

Easily Denham :P Well it would be massive for freo and would be the icing on the cake for Brissie... Seriously if he goes as well as Brennan, Risky, Sherman, maybe Drummond & Fev... They're stuffed.

If he does go I imagine him playing a bit of a Kosi role, FF and plays Ruck while the #1 Ruck Rests (Sandi). Like someone said earlier today in another thread, if he doesn't move this year, GWS will snap him up.
