true but i gess we will have2 wait and see if he does. could still score well.

CrowsFan

I know ROK could turn in to a tagger, so will have a look during preseason. If he isn't tagging he should score well most weeks. With a new coach there will be interesting to see how he is played

Time for a new team. Here it is! All thoughts welcomed. Better than my original team?

Backs:
Goddard, Lake, Broughton, Hurn, Houli, McMahon, Otten (X Clarke, Talia, Toy)

Mids:
Swan, Selwood, Deledio, Jack, D Swallow, Krakouer (Gaff, Wallis, McNeil)

Rucks:
Sandilands, Petrie (Charman, Smith)

Forwards:
N Riewoldt, Didak, Rioli, J Riewoldt, Petterd, Knights, Darling (Hooper, Matera, Wanganeen)

Got McNeil on the mids bench so there is the MPP with the forward line and he should hopefully play next year. Rucks seem to be the standard Sandilands Petrie combo. Just realised I have 3 tigers in the starting line up so might swap j riewoldt for someone else...
Very impressive team i can't find much wrong with it 8/10 if Mcmanhon gets a lot of games then 9/10

CrowsFan

Thanks mate. This is the earliest I have ever started planning a team. Usually don't bother until the game actually opens up.
Yeah wasn't sure on McMahon, will all depend on how he goes pre season (like most players haha)

Yeah first time planning before it opens for me to :)

tferrier18

Me too! I really got into SC this year so I'm hoping for a massive year next year.

Liking your team CrowsFan..Might have to steal your idea of having McNeil on the bench so I can have someone else instead of Chapps.

I'm going to have to get Petrie in the ruck as well.

I like that you're starting Krakouer, he's going to have a big year.

Maybe swap J. Riewoldt for Goodes?

CrowsFan

Yeah maybe Goodes. Although usually starts poorly until they realise they should play him through the midfield halfway through the season!!
Haha another thing I just realised is I only have 1 Geelong player. First time in a very long time that has been the case!!!

Ok after getting some advice about Jordan McMahon and being told not to pick him I have made a few minor changes. Lake was downgraded to Johncock, McMahon upgraded to Adcock, and Wallis traded to Liberatore. Oh and also Talia to Coad so I wouldn't have 3 crows in the backline. Thoughts now?

Maca24

yep great changes. lake is a downgrade target. im not sure about johncock though.. and mcmahon is a dud so nice work there i like adcock hopefully he will remain injury free. and talia to coad is good aswell. nice wrk  :)
