Will be interesting next year. Ryder will make my team but might be traded out come GF time. Freo, Demons and Swans players are looking good at this stage :P. Might slip 1 or 2 of them in. Sylvia, Pav and ROK are an even bigger chance now since they don't miss out on any league matches.

Just wondering if anyone got clarification on whether or not 'non-playing rounds' contribute to the overall score?

From my recollection those rounds Don't count in league matches but Do count towards the overall score. Assuming this is true...

If you're going for the league win, then it'd be best to stock up on prems that  have the bye in these rounds.

Otherwise if you're going for the overall win, then you should try to have 1-3 max premiums from these teams.
