It pisses me off that the board have selected him, just to save their own arses!! They were in danger of being sacked at the AGM, now they will be re-elected.

Still the priciple is wrong. Other clubs have tried this before all to no avail. Why couldn't they have done something like what the Pies have done?

because mick malthouse was already there and is a good coach and mcguire in't wanna lose buckley so hatched his plan

us on the other hand had knights
and thats about all that needs to be said...lol

think about it even if they didn't make hird coach....how can apponiting laidley or choco seen as the best thing if hird publily stated he wants the job...so really who ever they got would say they were fine with it at 1st but in a year or so they start to think....no matter what i do i'm gonna get the frickin sack after all the work i've done...so this could lead to in house resentment...and to be quite honest i'm surprised it hasn't at the pies...but then again malthouse coached buckley...where laidly nor choco never oached hird....so they may not be so smooth with that idea
