Bad move short term :(. I don't like it at all. Didn't like the way Voss bypassed the Assistant Coach phase to get to coach. Has lost the trust of several of his core players.

Hopefully Hird doesn't do the same. He can hopefully win a few games next year with the young talent. Would of prefered Richardson or Williams ahead of him. Both are more ready for the job and I would like to see what Richardson does if he was in charge.

Final thing I'm gonna say on this subject. Richardson will be a 10x better coach than Hird will ever be..

Other thing... Hird wants a cleanout... yes we need a cleanout (IMO) but this isn't the time to be cleaning out our list with the next 2 drafts being compromised...

Now thats all I'm gonna say coz otherwise I'll just keep going lol
