He's on my DT shortlist at the moment.  I think his scores will improve as the young players around him mature.  He seems a bit injury prone but if he's MPP next year almost a lock.

I looked at three of Colin Sylvias' games late in the year, round 19, 20 and 22. Looking at the stats he got from these games, round 19 and 20, he racked up a lot of tackles gaining 6 tackles in round 19 and 8 in round 20. As all dreamteamer's know, tackles are great, earning 4 points off the ball. Another good trait from Colin Sylvia, rounds 20 and 22, he got 20 kicks in both, thats 60 points off kicks, plus adding the average goal he scores, around 66 -72 just there.

Colin Sylvia is more of a deliverer into the forward 50 these days as i have seen, and usually using his kicking well, barely handballing it, which is what a dreamteam wants. But with a trait like this, being a usual goal kicker, high tackler and a delivery man into the forward 50, i don't see why in due time, he gets one of the top 2 tags from a team. The style of his footy can be heart breaking to a team and he should be stopped, In my opinion.

He is a risk for next year though, he seems to have troubles with his feet injury wise ;[ And thats what you need to kick a goal.

He would be in my team next year if i could trust him to not get injured or sick. Also depending on his price, as most of the time he racks up the points, but some days he can drop it off, especially when you need him the most :P.

My review, as young guns such as Jack and Scully improve, i believe he will become less possession dominant. ;D

Thinking about him. Gonna have Green in which could hurt his chances.

But planning to have 1 MPP forward/centre in the mids so could throw one in there and the other up forward. Still doubt his chances for me though.

DForce brings up a good point. But some help in the midfield could actually do him good. Has people to feed the ball to or get fed from.
