With the possibility of Gardiner retiring after the Grand Final, and with King retiring to take up a coaching position, the Saints are left with McEvoy.

Not that I'm doubting his abilities, but for a 21-year old I'd expect him to struggle to make it through the season.

I suppose there's Pattison and Stanley to consider, but anyone see them making a play for someone like Fraser?

DazBurg

never know they are known for recruiting mature ruckmen
like with gardinar and king plus they did it with matthew clare aswell
so could be a possibility

Boomz

I don't think they will go for Fraser... Might give Kosi more time in the ruck or recruit someone like Minson.

fraser would suit saints as well, i reckon he will be good for a mentor for a few years until mcevoy is ready to step up to number 1 ruck, how old is fraser?

could be good for a few years then

Fraser could be good. Wouldn't be suprised if they stuck with those 3 though. McEvoy has shown signs. Stanley is quite Athletic and could be a good future prospect. Pattison is a Richmond Reject and was brought in for back up ruck. Would be a shame not to use him.

lol, she is just as tall as him, her and tony shaw made a deadly coaching duo that year :o

We'll take Armitage from you for him. Would be kinda funny, getting rid of Ball for Armitage...
