David Villa has been sold! Basically because I needed the money (only had about 500k left), otherwise I would have kept him. Sold for 34 mil and his replacement will be Carlos Tevez, who will debut on Wednesday against bottom placed Wellington Phoenix.
To be honest I am aiming to win both the league and cup this year. My A team has a starting XI average rating of 92 and my B team has an average rating of 86 8)

Well the Cup starts up again tonight. Can Perth Glory claim back to back titles? Or will previous winners Brisbane or Sydney decide they want "their" cup back? Or will a new team step forth and claim the cup as their own? All those questions and more will be answered in just 4 weeks time when 2 teams will step on to the turf at Wembley and fight it out to become the Australian Championship Cup winners!
To start us off though 2 teams need to qualify and join the 6 already entered teams in the competition. The 4 teams battling it out for a spot in the quarter finals are North Queensland, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide. NQF play Sydney and Perth play Adelaide so we may see 2 previous winners knocked out before the cup even starts properly!

Good luck to all 4 teams, the one with the most luck will manage to avoid Brisbane Roar in the next round ;)

Beat Phoenix 4-1, goals from Milito (2), Valencia and Skrtel. Tevez on debut was man of the match with a rating of 10 :)
Dominated the stats, holding 63% possession, having 40 shots to 15 and 20 of them on target to Phoenix's 5. Take on North Queensland next in another Queensland derby

Oh no Diego Milito -1 to 93 :(
The worse news is that I was going to sell him and he came off the transfer ban today so if he had kept his rating for a couple more days I would have gotten more money  :'(

I've got him with Chelsea :'(. He was my best rated forward but now is second best (If Robben is counted) :'(. Was expecting the drop though but didn't know when it was coming. That's just unlucky CF.

4-3 win over Fury. Was leading 3-1 so got nervous when it became 3 all, but Douglas Costa popped up with the winner :) The other goal scorers were Albiol and Tevez with 2, to continue his great form since his arrival to Brisbane. Milito showed no sign of his rating going down picking up 2 assists and getting a match rating of 9.
Adelaide again won to leave them 5 and 0 so still sitting second, 2 points behind them.
Next game is against Wellington Phoenix in the cup so will be playing my super B squad for the match :)

Beat Phoenix 3-1 in penalties after coming back from 2 nil down to tie the game up at 2 all. Played my second squad, but he played his first team so most of them are now not match fit.
Play Adelaide in the next round and I assume we will both play our second teams then...
