Average rating of 86, with the lowest being 84 and the highest 88, so a very balanced squad

Still need to get your tactics right though HP, even a team full of quality players wont play well if the tactics are wrong ;)

Yep. Go to Calendar and can organise during the season. Doesn't affect fatigue.

Use to do it for my Villa side against Div 4 teams and win by like 5+ goals ;D.
