Sell players rather than trade them if they are worth more like that. Many of my players who I sold for 7 Mil and 11 Mil were only worth 3 Mil and 4 Mil in player exchanges. I took a little longer but put myself in a better position. I rarely do player exchanges now that they'll updated the game to make it cost more ::).

I can tell you a little secret via PM how to find good young talent who WILL rise ;). I just missed out on 3 others due to it being accepted 6-12 hours late :'(. Would of made an easy 6 Mil at least if I had gotten them all (not including the one you sold me).

Cos he has just increased in rating so assume the EPL wont get re done for quite some time. I can sell him and pick up a player with the same rating for cheaper and keep the extra cash for emergencies
