What does the manager ranking thing mean? It says my ranking is 1/10, but reesbr's is 9/10. I don't understand what they mean at all?

The best managers in the league have higher numbers. It compares wins in the league and cup to calculate I think. Better to be higher ;).

Means you are the best manager in the league currently. That's a very good achievement 8). Try to keep it up. If you win matches, more likely to maintain it ;). But Winning cup matches also ups your manager rankings.

I was ranked 10 when I was dead last :-X. Moved up to 4th I think.

How do you see who is leading our league for assists and man of the match awards ect??

Under the ladder it shows the stats. On display is the goals. Click on more stats I think (the top bar) and it'll open up a page with more stats options which you can click on.
