I admit I'm starting to feel a bit nervous about this season. In order to win premierships, your team must IMPROVE every year.

bunyip .. we have improved our team ! .. we've got rid of a lying coach (allegedly :) ..) who wouldn't talk to our best player .. out with division and in with unity .. that's a huge step in the right direction

AND as the man said we HAVE improved !! .. written off as too old .. articles confirming that every team with x-amount of players over 29yo goes down the gurgler .. all wrong, way off the mark ... IT'S A TEAM GAME AND A CHAMPION TEAM WILL BEAT A TEAM OF CHAMPIONS ... I'm so proud of them, GO CATS .. that lying P.O.S. might have costs us plenty in 2010

Not sure if they can win the premiership. It all depends how everyone around them performs in September and whether injury helps them in the end of season

They can win the flag! They are up and running at the right time of year. Will have a rest in a couple of weeks. Play Sydney com Collingwood which will be two good games going into the finals. Then will play Hawthorn who haven't beaten us in 3 years. And won't anytime this year! Have another week off. Which will freshen up to older players for the last two weeks. Then should have a relatively easy game against west coast at the G.  (Since west coast will finish 4th, lose to Collingwood and then should beat Carlton (5th) over at subiaco) where as Collingwood and Hawthorn will have a hard fought preliminary final which Collingwood will most likely come out on top. Then geelong will play Collingwood in the grand final. Run out the game better and win by around 3 goals with Selwood walking away with the norm smith. Watch this space. It will happen!

It's always great to put things in print especially when you're proven correct .. we won the flag so we definitely improved our team .. a champion team will always beat a team of champions .. great effort by all involved .. GO CATS
