I dont even want Hird as an assistant. He's not comitted to coaching at all. He only wants to coach essendon and has no passion for coaching in general... Unless he gives up everything to coach I dont want him a part of the coaching team.

It won't happen with Hird as he is a favourite son.... There would be a massive backlash from the fans if that were to happen.
