Summary
When you look at his disposals Swallow is just your average midfielder. Add his tackles, and he is a DT machine. 2010 was his bets fantasy season and he is primed to improve again in 2011.  He has good skills and with every season he takes on a bigger leadership role at his club.
Verdict
For me, he is almost in my team just because I love him. But I won't be able to fit both him and Anthony in the same midfield. So I have to choose, and I am leaning towards Anthony for value at the moment.
But, the real question is, will you pick Swallow in 2011?

i know this sounds strange but out of Swallow and Anthony maybe whoever has the worst pre season ill choose, all the players with good pre season always get jinxed, and the ones that fly under the radar play well come the season

why not pick Anthony first and then upgrade to Swallow at a later opportune time?

Could be a waste of a trade is Anthony is scoring reasonably. Depends on how they both go next year.

If Anthony doesn't do that well (while Swallow does), might lose cash instead. It's really up to you if you want to do this. Just some things may go wrong like when to trade out.
