Not looking too good for old Linga

Hawka

You would think he has atleast 1 yr left

McRooster

He could body double for Julia Gillard - do his bit for the country  :P

He struggled tonight. I think the game has just gotten to fast for him. The era of the taggers is coming to an end (thank God).
It will be interesting to see if any Geelong players retire this week.

benjy251090

may have been his last game :(

Boomz

RETIRE! If he doesnt he's putting himself ahead of the team.

bunyip

That's a bit harsh Boom. I believe it will be up to the match committee when they evaluate the list. If they see a roll in the team for him, he will stay, simple as that.

Boomz

lol ignore anything I posted last night.

BOOMZ what you said was true though mate. If he keeps playing and considers himself up to the challenge he is just delusional. Game has passed him by. Only option I can see for him is to play one more year in the forward line.

bunyip

I thought perhaps he could play in a forward pocket. His defensive pressure would be useful, can play tall and is a good kick.
Or he could play on the xtra man in defense.  There's definately a roll for him somewhere.
I just think he's to good a player to just discard.

Justin Bieber

He may not be the most talented player but is a player who gives his all. Teams need those types of players.

There are always spots for players who do this. Campbell Brown and Leigh Brown as shining examples of this.
