OK, looked at some things and thought about what I know.
We know he just had his birthday.
We know he is 15.
We know he signed up a little over 1 year ago.
Which means he was 14 when he signed up, unless, his Birthday is in fact after the 10th so he would be 13 when he signed up then turn 14 soon after then he just turned 15. It all makes sense :o
