2010 Stats
Games:7
Total Score: 439
Average:62.7
Standard Deviation: 21.7
Centuries: 1 of 7
High:107(Round 22)
Low: 38( Round 20)
Starting Price: 362,000
High Price: 341,800
Low Price: 295,900

Summary: Callan Ward struggled with injury in 2010, not playing his first game until round 14. He was taken at pick 19 in the 2008 Draft, and if he can stay fit 2011 could be a breakout year for him.

The Crystal Ball:
Price: 333,700,  299,700(with 10% discount)
Position: MID
Is very cheap, but without MPP status it's unlikely he will be in my midfield.

Verdict: 50/50, if your looking for someone in this price range he Is ideal, and is definently one to watch pre-season.

well to do well in SC you do need to get a couple of mid pricers that will take the next step

btw presti has been done by Q

Mate I was just trying to provide another option for a mid ranger. It's not that ridiculous  ::)

How about a profile on Shannon Hurn?
i'll do one up now for you if ya want

Boomz

Not that ridiculous... I'll keep an eye on him.

not very likely for me, that is too much of a mid pricer for me, i would rather get a rookie or somone around the 350-400K mark

Callan Ward is actually an exceptional player and gives real value to the Bulldogs. I was considering him this year before he started having groin problems.

To give you some idea of why you would think about picking Ward, he was in the same category this year of mid-priced players that could break out.
He was amongst players like Masten, Wells, Jack, Dangerfield and Ziebell.

He's a tough player who puts his body on the line and gives the dogs plenty of run and carry.

So for 2011, I'd have to see how his preseason goes and which other players are within the 300-370k price range. He's definitely one to watch, plenty of improvement in him.

Ward will be watched, but he has stepped up yet. Will probably get more game time next year

Everyone will get a profile :)

It is just as important who NOT to get as it is to get. This site was designed to help people out!

plus after the prelim his 30 disposals and 127 SC score doesn't look to ridiculous now

Yep, my man Callan was very good last night. I may just keep that comment for future reference ;)

I love the way he goes about it, not really considering him, but a big pre-season could change that!
