Sam Fisher
2010 Stats:
Games:20
Average: 91,2
Standard Deviaton:30
Total Score: 1751 (Ranked 73 in comp)
Centuries: 9 of 20
High: 147 (Round 16)
Low: 32 (Round 18)
Starting Price: 490,900
High Price: 482,300
Low Price: 430,100

Summary: Sam Fisher didn't have anything like his 2008 season when he averaged 101, but still was solid with an average of 90. His scoring depends on a game to game basis, as he will sometimes play a pure defensive role with St.Kildas lack of defensive tall options,or cop a forward tag. Sam Gilbert/Goddard have been playing his role of 2008, and this is why he hasn't reached the heights of past years.

The Crystal Ball:
Price: 484,300
Position: DEF

Verdict: With Goddard/Gilbert likely to be selected in coaches Backlines it will be tough to squeeze him in. Presents value, but is unlikely for me.
Will you pick Fisher in 2011?

Goddard will most likely be in midfield next year, but even so with the byes you don't want to have too many players from one side, and a lot will put Goddard, Joey, and Roo ahead of any other Saints.

He'll be on my short list, but it will come down to whether the others are playing first before I pick Fisher.

roo boys!

Seeing as I am hoping to only have 1 from each team on each line, Goddard and Gilbert come before him, so he is most likely not going to be in my team, but there is still a chance he may slip in alongside Goddard/Gilbert IF need be.

Boomz

On the Short list but I wouldn't pick more than 2 from the same side in defence...

+1 my thoughts the same

Gilbert is a better option than Fisher, more reliable, doesn't score the massive 130+ like Fisher but is always around the 100 mark

Totally Agree. Never actually had Fisher anyway...

+3 stay away from him at the start atleast

Gilbert of Fisher for me. Could possiblt fit in one at this stage but leaning towards Gilbert. But it's a line ball.

I'll jump on Goddard when he falls in a price a little. Not going for anybody over 600k next year. Learnt my lesson this year. Lost alot of cash :'(.

Master Q

HP I'd take Gilbert over Fisher, but I'll be going GOD.

Justin Bieber

But both are good. Averaged about the same so don't think you could go wrong either way.

Goddard is the obvious choice but likely 200k more than those 2 :o. I'll see if I can narrow that gap by 100k during the year like this one.

I would expect you to sat that BoredSaint ;D.

I jumped on at Goddard below 600k this year. At his price, will have to be scoring 120's from the start. All players have a downer every now and again. It is just striking at the right time ;).
