the quinalle for gc and lions bottom 2 would b paying very cheap

Go 1 step further ad Eagles for the trifecta

... back that trifecta into a Pies Premiership

and you'll still probably only get $5 odds ;)

fevola problem again. not sure how the team will fair after this. never have been a lions fan

bomberboy0618

fevola barely did anything last year anyway though.

he was on fire at the start though when they were winning then him and brownie got injury after injury. would have been better keeping bradshaw. he is a good recruit for sydney last season cept injury wrecked his year

Lions - 2011 premieres, our last years recruits to step it up, good young talent coming through and a firing Brown and Fev, if not dropped.. :)

haha i highly doubt brisbane will even make top 8 let alone win the comp. But optimistic thinking still

MTTY

They are now beggining to rebuild i reckon 10-15, a smokey to make the finals

cookie311993

they may make the finals MTTY but i reckon they will finish between 10-14. Definete Dark horse though. Dont know what to expect after last seasons form slump

Poll reset.

How many of us have looked at next seasons fixtures and pencilled in the +4 against Brisbane next year?

Will the departure of Mitch Clark leave the Lions in the Dark? 2012 may just be a Gap year for Voss as they await 2013 and the shining light of Kurt Tippett to arrive and Mark Harvey to take over...

O yea of Little faith - Injuries cruelled us a fair bit last year and given a decent run this year we will surprise. (Brownie is doing his first full pre -season in 10 years for starters) Final piece of the puzzle will probably come with picks 8 & 12 in the draft depending who is still available. Hopefully Karnezis and Cornelius will continue their improvement from last year to support Brown and no doubt we may have Hudson in the forward line.  With the recruitment of Zorko we will have a Betts/Garlett type combo with Zorko/Banfield.

It still says 2011 Roost. I say bottom 10, probably 15th.

I think Brisbane or Melbourne could be the surprise package of 2012.

Their endevour last year was usually pretty solid and they lost a lot of close games. With Brown & Merrit back, the distraction of Mitch Clarke (who was useless last year) gone and the young on-ballers developing, there is definite hope.
