Well Goddard is nicknamed God for a reason! This guy is a monster, only missed the ton 4 times in his non-preferred competition this guy is a fantasy dream.
If he is still available in defence it makes it even harder to say no to this guy!
Verdict
Yes, definitely yes. He and Swan could leave a huge hole but with the bye we will need plenty of captain options.
Should be a lot of bargains to be found up North so I think I can afford two super-premiums.
But, the real question is, will you pick Goddard in 2011?

yup i've had him every year for the last couple of years but if he loses his MPP it will make me have a good hard think about it

I find it hard to justify picking him over these guys. If he is MPP will be much more likely than just midfield.
